1. Prices

All prices of our products displayed on escueladesurf9pies are VAT included. In the final purchase summary the final price is shown, indicating the amount of shipping cost, which also includes VAT. In relation to value added tax, the tax rate is applied 21%.

The prices shown on escueladesurf9pies may be reviewed and modified if conditions require at any time.

2. Payment methods

Bank transfer

If you select to pay by bank transfer , you will receive - along with your order confirmation - an e- mail which will indicate the account number for the transfer payable to 9Pies.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject " order no xxxx " and your name, and you pay within 3 days from the day you placed the order in order to validate it.

No order shall be deemed effective until we have confirmation of the bank transfer. In any case, we recommend that you send us the proof of payment by e- mail to in order to speed up the process.

Do not forget that you must make payment in EUROS and that by choosing this payment method, all possible commissions and bank fees are for your own account.

Credit card

We guarantee that every transaction made ​​at escueladesurf9pies is totally secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal information or bank details is carried out within a safe banking environment by data encryption systems .


Also, your credit card data is not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale).

Whenever paying by credit card, the following data will be requested: the card number, the expiry date and a validation code which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees for the security of the transaction.

In the event that any of the items in your order were not in stock or there are any problems, we will refund the amount to your credit card within a period not exceeding 30 days.


3 Shipping and delivery

For now, orders are accepted only within Spain. For orders from other countries, a telephone consultation should be done with our customer care department, by telephone 0034 620104241 or by writing to

Our commitment is to deliver to the carrier the day after receipt of orders placed before 18.00h, provided that they are in stock.

The following conditions apply:

• If the order amount is less than 90 € (VAT included ) the corresponding delivery fee will be charged: Mainland € 10 , € 15 Balearic Islands , Canary Islands € 33 (€ 15 freight, customs clearance € 18), Ceuta and Melilla € 33 (€ 15 freight, customs clearance 18 €).

• If the order amount is greater than or equal to 90 € (VAT included), the postage will be free. On orders to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customs clearance charge is € 18 .

• The shipment will leave our warehouse the day after the order is placed, regardless of the purchase amount . Orders will be delivered on working days  (Monday to Friday).

• The home delivery service is done with express delivery companies , which perform delivery within 24 - 48h in the case of shipments to Spain . This period shall run from the date of collection of the order from our store.

• For payments by bank transfer, the material will not be sent until we have received proof of payment. (see payment methods )


4. Warranties

9Pies customers benefit from the guarantee given by the various manufacturers of each of the items. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of materials or wear caused by normal use, are not included in this warranty. The decrease in the functionality of the items, due to limitations of its design, is also excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Returns can be done for a period of seven (7 ) days from the date of receipt of the products. Shipping charges for the return are paid by the customer . In order to return a product, just send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging , including guarantees, labels and instructions. Furthermore, in the event of an exchange , you will not have to pay the shipping of the new order. Upon receipt of the merchandise in our store, and after checking its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount, according to the method of payment used by the customer.

In any case, we accept the return of defective products and incorrect shipments, and 9Pies will take care of the shipping costs if the client communicates this within seven (7 ) days of the date of receiving the shipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Surfing, skateboarding and other activities that are practiced with products sold by 9Pies,are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury. It is your responsibility to be technically trained to use the materials distributed by 9Pies.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation on the matter in force in Spain, which will be subsequently applied to whatever the terms have failed to foresee. (Law 34/2002 of 11 July of information services and electronic commerce).
